Quick Checklist
Before using Yoga Sphere, ensure you have:
- check_circle iPhone or iPad running iOS/iPadOS 16.0 or later
- check_circle Philips Hue Bridge (square model) with current firmware
- check_circle Color-capable Hue lights
- check_circle WiFi network with both device and bridge connected
- check_circle Local Network permission granted to Yoga Sphere
- check_circle Entertainment Area configured (for multi-light sync)
- check_circle Philips Hue app installed for initial bridge setup
Device Requirements
iPhone: iOS 16.0+ (iPhone 8 and later, iPhone SE 2. Gen. and later)
iPad: iPadOS 16.0+ (iPad 5. Gen.+, iPad mini 5. Gen.+, iPad Air 3. Gen.+, iPad Pro)
Network Requirements
Active WiFi connection (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)
iOS device and Hue Bridge must be on the same network
Philips Hue Requirements
A Philips Hue Bridge (square model) with API V2 compatible firmware (2020+) is required.
All color-capable Hue products are supported: White and Color Ambiance bulbs, Hue Go, Play, Bloom, Iris, Lightstrip.
At least one Entertainment Area is required for synchronized animations (supports up to 10 lights).
